A Life Cycle Approach

A relationship with Vislink does not begin and end at the point of sale, at Vislink we strive to expand the relationship with our customer to encompass the present and future. Engaging Vislink is a lifecycle partnership with an organization that is vested in your successful resolution to your system solution with vision toward your future expansion.

The lifecycle begins with the first point of contact, engagement of our sales and system engineering team, to listen and understand your needs and requirements. Collaboration with a knowledgeable staff will assist you in preparing to invest in a solution that is fully integrated and delivered. Particular attention to your legacy infrastructure will allow us to specially design and tailor a system to meet you requisite solution.

Technical Expertise

Vislink has the expertise either to simply assist or fully manage your current requirement whether it is a small system upgrade or a very complex turnkey contract. This is achieved by providing various specific services. The approach that has been successful for us and our customers, who chose to engage in our service offerings, is truly a "Lifecycle" approach.

Our lifecycle approach engages talent from within both the Vislink and customer organizations. The relationship begins with full project review, diagnostics, and planning. A relationship is begun where collaboration and assets are brought to bear with the intent to design a solution that best fits the current need but has a growth plan and will provide a short term return on investment, and long term support.

Install And Commission

Products from suppliers can be delivered to the end user as commodity items or as a carefully designed and developed highly integrated system. Vislink strives to take the latter approach, and further that by offering to follow up that delivery with certain defined services. It is incumbent that the delivered package is properly installed and commissioned thus ensuring a successful completion of the efforts that were initiated by that first contact.

Essentially, if you engage Vislink as a partner you have partnered with a company that is willing to accept the responsibility and the burden of managing and implementing your solution.

Future Commitment

The cycle does not necessarily terminate with the completion of a successful system implementation and commissioning effort, but can be enhanced by extension of the equipment warranties as well as short to long term maintenance agreements that are offered, and encouraged, to protect your investment well into the future.
